Adam is currently a Doctoral Candidate at Indiana University and holds a master's degree as well as a professional degree from the Cleveland Institute of Music. He also holds a bachelor's degree from the Jerusalem Academy of Music in Israel. Before joining ISA, Adam was head of curriculum as well as head of pastoral at ITG SUIS in Xiamen where some of his students graduated and were admitted to prestigious universities around the world.

Wendy graduated from Jianghan University with a bachelor's degree in English Language and Literature. She later obtained a master’s degree in education and leadership from Royal Roads University in Canada. She is a certified National Second-Class Psychological Counselor, Senior Career Planning Specialist, and Senior Family Education Instructor. Wendy has 16 years of experience in the field of education. She has previously served as Dean of Studies, Character Education Principal, K-8 Principal, High School Principal, and Parent Education Principal at renowned international schools in Central China. In the areas of student character development, curriculum leadership, student growth, and home-school communication, Wendy has accumulated rich hands-on experience.
